This workshop provides a practical overview of emerging AI trends and a structured approach for developing an organisational AI strategy.

This workshop takes attendees on a guided journey through three interconnected areas: the latest AI trends, practical consulting‑focused applications, and a step‑by‑step framework for building an organisational AI strategy. Each section is designed to help leaders and teams understand not just what is changing, but how to translate those changes into meaningful action.

We will begin by examining the AI trends shaping the business landscape, separating genuine signals from industry noise. Attendees will hear clear explanations of what these trends mean in real terms for decision‑making, customer delivery, and operational efficiency. The session then moves into consulting use cases, demonstrating how AI is already being applied across typical advisory activities.

The workshop then brings these insights together into a practical AI‑strategy framework. Attendees will be guided through the core building blocks of an actionable, organisation‑ready strategy, helping them understand where to start, how to prioritise, and aligning AI adoption with their wider business goals.

By the end of the session attendees will be able to:

  • Identify the AI trends most relevant to organisations today.

  • Recognise a practical shortlist of AI use cases specifically applicable to consulting and advisory work.

  • Understand the essential components required to build a clear, actionable, and sustainable organisational AI strategy.
