Learn how to demonstrate to external stakeholders such as potential funders what it is that you are trying to achieve as an organisation.

Business planning is a vital tool for any organisation looking to grow. For social enterprises, it is important to be able to demonstrate to external stakeholders such as potential funders what it is that you are trying to achieve as an organisation, and that you have the resources – or a plan to achieve the required level of resources – to realise your ambitions.

By the end of the session, attendees will have awareness of all the key elements of a business plan, and will have started the process of adding detail to their own business plans.
