Sarah Peet
Sarah has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and food industry. She has launched and managed over 50 restaurants in the UK and internationally. Career highlights include being a key member of the opening teams for major brands like Planet Hollywood Restaurants and Living Ventures. Sarah's expertise includes training, operations, and recruitment. She has also owned and operated her own restaurant and training business. Currently, Sarah serves as a Non-Executive Director for a hospitality marketing company.
Tara Heppell
Tara Heppell has over 20 years of experience in the UK hospitality industry, working with renowned brands such as Revolution, Stonegate, Living Ventures, and Drake & Morgan. She continues working with Living Ventures, managing two premium brands, including the well-known Australasia. Tara's expertise spans in-house operations, business development, sales, events, brand management, and marketing. Her passion lies in food and drink, and she is dedicated to helping businesses grow. She understands that nurturing strong customer relationships is critical to long-term success in the hospitality sector.
