Learn all about what makes a healthy marketing ecosystem, the benefits of working with freelancers and how to harness freelance talent.

During this interactive masterclass, Rachel will draw on her own extensive experience to consider questions such as: ‘When is it most suitable to hire or work with freelancers, other independents, agencies or to utilise an in-house resource?’

You’ll find out who should be doing what in a healthy marketing ecosystem to get the best results for your business. Rachel will also share tips and advice about how to harness freelance talent, including, for example, the need for proper briefing, pay and onboarding.

This masterclass will be useful for:

· People working in non-marketing roles in business who want to know how to find and work with freelancers (for marketing, content, comms, photography, design etc)

· People working in marketing already, who want to know how to get the most out of the freelancers they work with

· People considering a freelance career

· Any business owner/person working in a business team that engages with marketing support (in-house, agency or freelance)

There will also be a Q&A session.
