Social value is no longer a ‘nice to have’—it's a key requirement in winning public sector contracts. This practical webinar is designed specifically for construction businesses and professional services looking to understand and apply the TOMS (Themes, Outcomes, Measures) social value framework to stand out in competitive tenders and create meaningful local impact.
We’ll guide you through how to align your operations with the key TOMS themes—like employment, skills, sustainability, and community wellbeing—and how to select measurable outcomes that matter to clients and communities alike. Learn how to embed social value into your bids, track your progress, and report your results with confidence.
