Established business or is this your first venture? Let’s focus on identifying the success factors for you, your business and your market.

Whether you’re an established company or new to the business world, Danny will help you to identify the key success factors for you, your business but more importantly, your market positioning.

Whatever your industry or sector, your markets dictate ‘who’ you need to be in that space and ‘how’ you articulate your offering to them.

We’ll be focusing on the most important person who’s not actually in your business and that’s your market. We’ll explore investor best practice and strategic brand guidance to shape your business offering, to help you maximise your market penetration.

Profitability… do you know your numbers? We’ll look at your client offering and understand how much money they’re making OR losing you!

During this interactive workshop, Danny will address some of the biggest problems that start ups and scale ups experience, helping you to focus on clear goal setting and establishing your vision before you attempt to write your strategy. It’s also a great chance to connect with fellow BGH Alumni and the wider business community.
