Then join us for this 1 day fully funded workshop. Together we will look at why business like yours should think of going global, and how they should prepare and execute an international launch.
This workshop will be facilitated by experienced international growth advisors with international business experience who have on the ground experience starting and developing businesses in the US, Europe and Asia. Learn how to approach and plan your entry into international markets. Meet other entrepreneurs and businesses looking to do the same and learn from them too.
Speakers:
Ishan Dutta
Ishan is a founder of an ecommerce company in the beauty space with over 20 years experience in international marketing, sales and general business management and senior management experience at L'Oreal, Henkel, Essilor and Symantec in various countries around the world. He has a Master's degree from Oxford, an MBA from INSEAD, France and loves to work with small and medium sized companies and help them scale internationally.
Edy Heng
With 20+ years experience at Fortune100 (SAP, Johnson & Johnson) and pattern-breaking startups in the US, Singapore, ASEAN, Japan UK and 3 patents, Edy Heng will bring you through coherent and strategic views of the world of technology and business with cultural aspects embedded throughout his experiences in different companies and countries.
Guest Speaker - Elizabeth Elliot
Elizabeth is a Green Innovation Specialist at the GM Business Growth Hub, working with Greater Manchester businesses to grow through development of new greener products, services and technologies.
She supports new developments from idea generation to commerialisation as well as increasing understanding of the circular economy and developing new circular business concepts. This is through 121 support, collaboration with academic expertise, and connecting people and networks.
She has worked on product development and innovation for a range of companies from cutting edge research & development to large manufacturing sites. She has a technical background in textiles and materials science, with a 1st Class BSc Hons from the University of Manchester.
