Clare Davis

From finding finance solutions to writing board-level recommendations, Clare has enjoyed working with SME's across a variety of sectors for over 15 years. Stemming from a background in retail banking, she was a Bank Manager with business lending responsibilities for 7 years. Clare is experienced in working with SME’s from young to mature, from small to large and all the highs and lows in between. Clare has a very good understanding of senior-level people management having managed Operational staff and Managers in succession across two retail banking branches.

Jane Duffy

Jane has had an exciting 3 years working at the Growth Company, contributing her skills and passion for fostering growth, helping businesses thrive and individuals excel.
In the capacity as a Workforce Development Specialist, we play a key part in assisting organisations to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive culture. This involves implementing innovative and diverse approaches to recruiting and onboarding. Beyond the initial phase, our focus shifts to retaining these talented individuals by establishing effective tools for learning and development. We also emphasise the importance of a structured framework that encourages positive communication and feedback between management and employees. The goal is to foster an environment that promotes excellent performance and job satisfaction across the board.
Previously Jane has loved working in financial services as a people manager, having looked after teams of up to 50 over a 20-year period. Leveraging expertise in coaching, sales, service, performance management, training, and HR.
