Enterprising You & The African Business Chamber invite you to take a fresh look on how you approach the key aspects of running your business

Unlocking Success: An afternoon to transform your business.

23rd January 2025 | 1.30pm – 4.30pm (lunch and networking 12.30pm)

GM Business Growth Hub’s Enterprising You and the African Business Chamber (AfBC) are delighted to invite you to the Unlocking Success: An afternoon to transform your business workshop on Thursday 23rd January 2025.

Hosted by Raphael Ogunrinde, Calyx Drinks and Enterprise and Growth specialist Paul Norris, this unique event will challenge you to take a fresh look on how you approach the key aspects of running your business.

The ‘what could you do, what should you do and what will you do’ framework will inspire delegates to break free from old habits, think bigger, and engage in more strategic planning. The session will encourage business owners and leaders to dig deeper into the core issues affecting their organisation.

The session will look at what makes you tick, where the opportunities for your business lie and what the barriers to growth are.

You will develop a plan for key areas of your business and more importantly set clear actions to drive growth using tried and tested tools and techniques and discover what support is available to help you on your growth journey.

In addition to this afternoon workshop, you are invited to join us from 12.30pm for a complementary lunch and the opportunity to network with fellow business owners.

We look forward to seeing you there! Book your place today
