Here are the teams backgrounds and experience, showing why they are part of the Powerup workshops.
Ian Dixon is a highly experienced, results-focused, and analytical Digital Growth Specialist with experience of both private and public sector businesses. He has supported businesses ranging from pre-revenue startup to enterprise businesses trading internationally.
His role within the PowerUp team allows him to use his range of experience and knowledge to help grow the Greater Manchester economy and ecosystem.

Hoi Mach has a background in Digital Marketing. He started his career working on the agency side before setting up his own business specialising in paid search and lead generation. Most recently, he worked in-house for the UK’s largest specialist family law firm, where he strategised and rolled out a conversation rate optimisation framework.
Within the PowerUp team he can use his time as his own boss and his other experience to help Greater Manchester businesses.
